Another regular to the lakes - Tim Colson from Suffolk had only just got his rods out in Swim 10 for the start of the week when he landed this superb 36lb common.

Ian Kerr from Melton Mowbray returned to the lakes to have 16 carp. Biggest being 41.7lb and pictured here with a stunning 39.12lb common from Swim 8 and also pictured below with a lovely looking 39.10lb mirror. Look forward to seeing you all back at the lakes.

Welcome back to Mark Herring and the boys from WGC - Mark had a bumper week from Swim 10 where he hauled in 35 carp and breaking his PB 3 times - with a 39lb, 41lb and topping his week with this 51lb mirror. Well done mate and we look forward to seeing you all back next May.

Regular angler to Clearwater Nick Whetton from Derbyshire was over the moon to start off the week with this beautiful 41.12lb mirror from swim 2, caught on Xmas Cracker Pop Up.

Nice to see regular Alan Smith back at the lakes and with the weather against him he still landed 6 fish with the biggest to 41.8lb. Son Adrian managed 8 carp on the bank. Look forward to seeing you back in October for The Challenge Cup.

1st week .... 1st 50! What a 40th Birthday local Angler Chris Flick had - he celebrated the day with a 12 hour session from Swim 5 and totally smashed his previous PB 3 times! He had 4 fish in total with a 24lb, 32lb, 34lb and then this 52lb monster .... Happy Birthday Chris.
