We're talking about 13 acres of prime fishing water set in 28 acres of unspoilt forest just 2 hours from the ports of St. Malo and Roscoff in the heart of rural Britanny. You're guaranteed peace, quiet and space with no more than 10 anglers at any time. That's more than an acre each and the perfect remedy to a year of fighting for overcrowded pegs.

Two lakes, hundreds of BIG carp

Clearwater has two mature spring-fed lakes featuring tree-lined margins, lilly pads and depths from 5 to 12 feet. Spring Lake (10 acres) is stocked with 500+ Mirrors and Common from doubles to over 60lbs. Mill Lake (3 acres) is ideal for beginners being stocked with carp from low doubles to mid 20s and with a variety of course fish.

Clearwater is ideal for all types of angler. From beginners looking for an unhurried and friendly environment to seasoned veterans looking for a change of scenery and that elusive PB. For those with mobility difficulties, both swims and paths have recently been upgraded to be fully accessible.
